Supercar & Luxury Car Storage in Bicester, Oxfordshire
Dehumidified, climate-controlled storage in Bicester, held to the standard we would demand for our own cars — with 24/7 monitored security, sealed key custody and a deliberately limited intake.
Based in Bicester, Oxfordshire — a short drive from Oxford and directly off the M40 — Prestige AutoVault provides professional supercar and hypercar storage for owners across Oxfordshire and the wider UK. The entire unit is one shared climate-controlled environment, and every car in our care receives exactly the same standard of attention, whether it is a weekend toy or a one-of-one hypercar.
One shared climate-controlled environment
The entire unit is held at 15 to 18°C with humidity regulated to 45 to 55% — the optimum conditions for paint, leather, rubber and mechanical seals. Rather than moving cars between zones or leaving them in ambient warehouse space, every vehicle in our care sits in the same controlled atmosphere for the duration of its stay.
Dehumidified preservation
A sealed, dehumidified environment prevents the slow damage that unchecked humidity does to a stored car — corrosion, mould, and rubber degradation. Held at 45 to 55% relative humidity, the unit keeps leather supple, paint stable, and rubber seals intact, even over long lay-ups.
Premium soft breathable covers
Every car is fitted with a premium, soft, breathable cover to protect finishes while letting moisture escape. The cover shields the bodywork from dust and accidental contact without trapping condensation against the paint — the combination of a controlled climate and a breathable cover is what keeps a finish immaculate over months, not weeks.
Battery maintenance
Trickle charging and periodic conditioning keep electronics and batteries in ready health. A modern supercar relies on a healthy 12V battery to wake its ECUs, maintain adaptive suspensions and keep security systems armed; left unattended, that battery will discharge. Monitored charging means the car is ready to start and drive the moment you want it back.
24/7 monitored security
Your car is held in a purpose-built, 24/7 monitored unit with on-site personnel, CCTV coverage and controlled access throughout. Your car's presence is known only to those you authorise.
Sealed key custody
Your keys are held in sealed, individually logged custody until you call for them. No member of staff handles or moves your car without a logged reason, and keys are never left in or around the vehicle.
Photographic condition log
A timestamped visual record of your car's condition is kept and made available to you on request — so there is never any ambiguity about how your car arrived or how it was kept.
Bi-weekly exercise programme
Every two weeks your car is run up to operating temperature, the wheels are rotated, and it is given a full checkover by our technicians. This prevents flat spots, keeps fluids circulating and seals lubricated, and ensures that when you call for the car, it starts and drives as it should.
A deliberately limited intake
We deliberately limit the number of cars we take in rather than running a larger vault that could accommodate hundreds. It ensures every single vehicle receives the absolute finest care — the same standard we would demand for our own — and that your car's presence is known only to those you authorise.
What happens when your car arrives
- Intake inspection. On arrival, your car is walked around and inspected by our technicians. Tyre pressures, fluid levels, battery health and bodywork are noted and logged.
- Photographic condition log. A timestamped visual record of your car's condition is created, so there is a documented baseline for the entire stay.
- Detail. A full detail is carried out on arrival, so your car enters storage clean and protected.
- Storage. Your car is fitted with a soft, breathable cover, connected to a monitored battery conditioner, and placed in the climate-controlled unit. Your keys are sealed and logged.
- Ongoing checks. Every two weeks, your car is run up to temperature, wheels rotated, and given a full checkover. Tyre pressures, fluid levels, battery health and bodywork are noted and logged on every visit.
- Release. On release, a second full detail is carried out so your car leaves as it arrived. Keys are returned from sealed custody, and the photographic condition log is available to you on request.
